Belly and Abs

My belly is growing everyday….and no….I am not pregnant and I am not even a woman.

This summer while going to swimming pool with my daughter…I start feeling very uncomfortable having such a bigger than usual 1 piece ‘Abs’ :<

After doing some research…this is the book that I would like to follow and hopefully I will have good news in 6 weeks :)

And the following is a list of foods that it recommend:

1. Almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflowers seeds, cashew

2. Beans – I hate beans

3. Spinach, broccoli, Asparagus

4. 2% milk, low-fat yogurt, cheese

5. Instant oatmeal/cereal – unsweetened

6. Eggs

7. Lean Meat like turkey,Canadian bacon. NO HAM. Beef is good esp. Flank Steak, lean-ground beef, tenderloin, corned beef

8. Peanut Butter – I don’t like it.

9. Olive Oil, canola oil.

10. Whole-grain breads and cereals. Brown-rice…got to try it.

11. Protein-Powder (get it from health food store)

12. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries. other fruits too!
